If you encounter a problem with the bike during your rental, please contact us immediately. We come and change the bike.

- Book your rental: You can book your bike directly on our website. You will need to provide your rental dates, select any additional accessories or equipment and enter your contact details.
- Pick up or delivery: You can pick up your bike at one of our pick up points that you choose at any time during the booking process.
- Enjoy your ride: Explore your destination at your own pace.
- Return the bike:Once your rental period is over, return the bike to the place you picked it up and SEND US A MESSAGE WHEN YOU HAVE DROP OFF THE BIKES.
